The apartment consists of an open-plan bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen, laundry/storage room, and living-dining room. The living-dining room has access to a small balcony and is furnished with a sofa bed (double), a folding dining table, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, and microwave), as well as all the necessary kitchenware to make the most of your stay. There is also a small laundry room with a washer/dryer. A wooden staircase leads to the sleeping area, located on a split level. Below is a dressing area with a built-in wardrobe with plenty of space for storing clothes. The bathroom has a rain shower.

The flat has exposed beamed ceilings, towels and bed linen are provided.

Rental conditions:

Security deposit: 2 months’ rent

Agency fee for contracts of 11 - 12 months - 1 month’s rent + 21% VAT

Agency fee for contracts of 13 - 24 months – 10% of the year’s rent + 21% VAT

Utility bills are paid separately: Internet 30€ monthly, electricity according to consumption
